V n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech to vyjad\u0159uj\u00ed pouze v\u00e1gn\u011b (nap\u0159. &#8222;pom\u00e1hat lidem&#8220;). Jedn\u00edm ze zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak tuto reflexi prohloubit, je prozkoumat probl\u00e9my sv\u011bta, kter\u00e9 jsou pro n\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, a ur\u010dit, jak by mohli prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm sv\u00e9 kari\u00e9ry p\u0159isp\u011bt k jejich \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Tato aktivita podporuje klienty nebo studenty v tom, aby si ujasnili sv\u016fj smysl \u017eivota t\u00edm, \u017ee ho propoj\u00ed s glob\u00e1ln\u00edmi nebo m\u00edstn\u00edmi probl\u00e9my &#8211; ekologick\u00fdmi nebo soci\u00e1ln\u00edmi &#8211; a p\u0159edstav\u00ed si svou roli p\u0159i jejich zm\u011bn\u011b.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Krok 1 &#8211; Nastaven\u00ed kontextu<\/strong><br\/>Facilit\u00e1tor vysv\u011btl\u00ed, \u017ee c\u00edlem aktivity je prozkoumat smysluplnou kari\u00e9rn\u00ed dr\u00e1hu t\u00edm, \u017ee se zamysl\u00edte nad sv\u011btov\u00fdmi v\u00fdzvami a p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostmi, jak p\u0159isp\u011bt k udr\u017eitelnosti. Zam\u011b\u0159uje se nejen na ekologick\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky, ale i na \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed spole\u010densk\u00e1 t\u00e9mata, podle toho, co je pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edka nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Krok 2 &#8211; Osobn\u00ed reflexe a diskuse<\/strong><br\/>\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci samostatn\u011b zodpov\u00ed n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed ot\u00e1zky a pot\u00e9 o nich diskutuj\u00ed s facilit\u00e1torem nebo ve skupin\u011b:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Co podle v\u00e1s v dne\u0161n\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b dob\u0159e funguje? Za co jste vd\u011b\u010dn\u00ed? <br\/><em>(Klienti mohou p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let na jak\u00e9koli \u00farovni: sv\u011bt, jejich zem\u011b, jejich region nebo jejich komunita.)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kter\u00e9 probl\u00e9my dne\u0161n\u00edho sv\u011bta v\u00e1s roz\u010diluj\u00ed, roz\u010diluj\u00ed nebo znepokojuj\u00ed?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jak\u00fd sv\u011bt byste cht\u011bli pro p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed generaci &#8211; pro sv\u00e9 d\u011bti, svou rodinu nebo budouc\u00ed generace?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Co v\u00e1m v dne\u0161n\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b chyb\u00ed? \u010ceho je podle v\u00e1s p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho? <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci jsou vyzv\u00e1ni, aby sv\u00e9 odpov\u011bdi zapsali co nejkonkr\u00e9tn\u011bji &#8211; nejen pojmenovali probl\u00e9my, ale popsali jejich p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny a d\u016fsledky.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>P\u0159\u00edklady:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><em>T\u00e9ma:<\/em> Soci\u00e1ln\u00ed nerovnost<br\/><em>Projev:<\/em><em>D\u016fsledky:<\/em> Inzer\u00e1ty zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na &#8222;mlad\u00e9 dynamick\u00e9 t\u00fdmy&#8220;<br\/><em>:<\/em> Diskriminace star\u0161\u00edch uchaze\u010d\u016f o zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed; nerovnost v p\u0159\u00edstupu na trh pr\u00e1ce na z\u00e1klad\u011b v\u011bku, pohlav\u00ed, rasy atd.<\/p>\n\n<p><em>T\u00e9ma:<\/em><br\/><em> Manifestace<\/em>:<em>D\u016fsledky:<\/em> Spole\u010dnost se propaguje jako ekologicky odpov\u011bdn\u00e1, ale v praxi d\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159ednost sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f p\u0159ed udr\u017eitelnost\u00ed<br\/><em>D\u016fsledky:<\/em> Zam\u011bstnanci se c\u00edt\u00ed odlou\u010deni nebo jsou nuceni jednat proti sv\u00fdm hodnot\u00e1m (nap\u0159. produkce odpadu, klam\u00e1n\u00ed klient\u016f, nadm\u011brn\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed zdroj\u016f).<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Krok 3 &#8211; voliteln\u00fd:<\/strong><br\/> \u00da\u010dastn\u00edci si vyberou jeden probl\u00e9m<strong>,<\/strong> kter\u00fd je pro n\u011b obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b v\u00fdznamn\u00fd, kr\u00e1tce ho pojmenuj\u00ed (2-3 slova) a stru\u010dn\u011b a jasn\u011b pop\u00ed\u0161\u00ed jeho dopady.<br\/>Facilit\u00e1tor db\u00e1 na to, aby diskuse z\u016fstala konstruktivn\u00ed a vyhnula se p\u0159\u00edli\u0161n\u00e9mu pesimismu nebo obav\u00e1m z klimatu.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Krok 4 &#8211; Nepovinn\u00fd: P\u0159edstavte si ide\u00e1ln\u00ed budoucnost<\/strong><br\/>\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci si p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed, jak by sv\u011bt vypadal, kdyby se tento probl\u00e9m vy\u0159e\u0161il, a to bez ohledu na sou\u010dasn\u00e1 omezen\u00ed, jako jsou pen\u00edze, politika nebo soci\u00e1ln\u00ed omezen\u00ed. Mohou napsat kr\u00e1tk\u00fd popis nebo p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh o tom, jak by vypadal den v takov\u00e9m ide\u00e1ln\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b.<br\/>Ve skupinov\u00fdch verz\u00edch t\u00e9to aktivity lze tyto p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhy sd\u00edlet a ilustrovat spole\u010dn\u011b, nap\u0159\u00edklad vytvo\u0159en\u00edm kol\u00e1\u017ee osobn\u011b nebo online. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Krok 5 &#8211; Od reflexe k akci<\/strong><br\/>\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci se zamysl\u00ed nad t\u00edm, jak by mohli p\u0159isp\u011bt k \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed vybran\u00e9ho probl\u00e9mu ve sv\u00e9m osobn\u00edm nebo profesn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b. M\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm nov\u00e9ho projektu, ekologizace st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed \u010dinnosti nebo p\u0159ipojen\u00ed se k n\u011bjak\u00e9 iniciativ\u011b. <\/p>\n\n<p>Doporu\u010dujeme jim, aby si stanovili sp\u00ed\u0161e mal\u00e9, realistick\u00e9 kroky ne\u017e radik\u00e1ln\u00ed zm\u011bny.<\/p>\n\n<p>Facilit\u00e1tor m\u016f\u017ee pomoci sn\u00ed\u017eit tlak t\u00edm, \u017ee zd\u016frazn\u00ed s\u00edlu kolektivn\u00ed akce a zept\u00e1 se:<br\/><em>Kdo dal\u0161\u00ed by mohl pomoci?
