Kombinuje teoretick\u00e9 znalosti s reflektivn\u00ed prax\u00ed a zku\u0161enostn\u00edm u\u010den\u00edm.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Blahobyt je v\u00edcerozm\u011brn\u00fd koncept, kter\u00fd odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed celkov\u00fd pocit rovnov\u00e1hy, napln\u011bn\u00ed a vitality v \u017eivot\u011b \u010dlov\u011bka. Podle <strong>Oxfordsk\u00e9ho slovn\u00edku<\/strong> <em>wellness<\/em> znamen\u00e1 <em>&#8222;stav dobr\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na jako aktivn\u011b sledovan\u00fd c\u00edl&#8220;<\/em>.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Blahobyt \u00fazce souvis\u00ed s identitou a hodnotami. N\u00e1\u0161 pocit, kdo jsme a co pova\u017eujeme za smyslupln\u00e9, ur\u010duje zp\u016fsob, jak\u00fdm definujeme a usilujeme o pohodu. Teoretick\u00e9 r\u00e1mce, jako je Seligman\u016fv model PERMA (Positive emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Achievement) nebo R\u00e1mec OECD pro pohodu, zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee pohoda je v\u00fdsledkem interakce osobn\u00edch, soci\u00e1ln\u00edch a environment\u00e1ln\u00edch faktor\u016f. Nejedn\u00e1 se o pevn\u011b dan\u00fd stav, ale o dynamick\u00fd proces slad\u011bn\u00ed vlastn\u00edho jedn\u00e1n\u00ed, prost\u0159ed\u00ed a hodnot s c\u00edlem udr\u017eet si zdrav\u00fd a spokojen\u00fd \u017eivot.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Model PERMA, kter\u00fd v r\u00e1mci pozitivn\u00ed psychologie vyvinul Martin Seligman, navrhuje p\u011bt z\u00e1kladn\u00edch prvk\u016f pohody: Ty spole\u010dn\u011b pom\u00e1haj\u00ed vysv\u011btlit, jak lid\u00e9 pro\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed trvalou pohodu v r\u016fzn\u00fdch oblastech \u017eivota. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 dimenze p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k \u017eivotn\u00ed pohod\u011b nejen jako izolovan\u00fd faktor, ale tak\u00e9 prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm jejich dynamick\u00e9 souhry, kter\u00e1 podporuje odolnost a \u017eivotn\u00ed spokojenost. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>P &#8211; Pozitivn\u00ed emoce<\/strong>: Pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fdch emoc\u00ed, jako je radost, vd\u011b\u010dnost, \u00faleva, nad\u011bje nebo klid. Tyto emoce roz\u0161i\u0159uj\u00ed perspektivu, podporuj\u00ed motivaci a tlum\u00ed stres. <\/p>\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00edklady: Klient c\u00edt\u00ed \u00falevu a hrdost pot\u00e9, co si b\u011bhem poradenstv\u00ed ujasn\u00ed sv\u00e9 mo\u017enosti. Poradce zaznamen\u00e1 uspokojen\u00ed po smyslupln\u00e9m rozhovoru, kter\u00fd se nezam\u011b\u0159uje pouze na v\u00fdsledky. Vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 v\u00fdm\u011bny mezi odborn\u00edky, kter\u00e9 sni\u017euj\u00ed izolaci a podporuj\u00ed profesn\u00ed u\u010den\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>M &#8211; V\u00fdznam<\/strong>: M: Smysl &#8211; pocit, \u017ee jeho \u010diny jsou spojeny s n\u011b\u010d\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm, ne\u017e je on s\u00e1m &#8211; s hodnotami, p\u0159\u00ednosem, \u00fa\u010delem nebo spole\u010denskou u\u017eite\u010dnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00edklady: P\u0159\u00edklady: P\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed o tom, jak vlastn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 ostatn\u00edm, komunit\u011b nebo spole\u010dnosti. Odborn\u00edk nach\u00e1z\u00ed smysl v podpo\u0159e zraniteln\u00fdch klient\u016f nebo v podpo\u0159e udr\u017eiteln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed volby povol\u00e1n\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>A &#8211; \u00fasp\u011bch<\/strong>: Pocit \u00fasp\u011bchu, kter\u00fd p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed stanoven\u00ed c\u00edl\u016f, dosa\u017een\u00ed pokroku a uzn\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fasil\u00ed &#8211; nejen \u00fasp\u011bchu.<\/p>\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00edklady: P\u0159\u00edklady: absolvov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kolen\u00ed, aktualizace profesn\u00edch dovednost\u00ed nebo z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed sebed\u016fv\u011bry. Poradce, kter\u00fd si uv\u011bdomuje hodnotu soustavn\u00e9, &#8222;neviditeln\u00e9&#8220; pr\u00e1ce s klienty v pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u010dasu. <\/p>\n\n<p>R\u00e1mce ekologick\u00e9 pohody tento pohled roz\u0161i\u0159uj\u00ed a zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee lidsk\u00e1 pohoda je hluboce zakotvena v na\u0161ich vztaz\u00edch s p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edm a soci\u00e1ln\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00edm a je jimi utv\u00e1\u0159ena &#8211; v\u010detn\u011b p\u0159\u00edstupu ke zdrav\u00fdm ekosyst\u00e9m\u016fm, smyslupln\u00fdch vazeb s p\u0159\u00edrodou a dlouhodob\u00e9 udr\u017eitelnosti syst\u00e9m\u016f, kter\u00e9 podporuj\u00ed \u017eivot. Tyto p\u0159\u00edstupy zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee blahobyt nelze pln\u011b pochopit, ani\u017e bychom si uv\u011bdomili, jak podm\u00ednky prost\u0159ed\u00ed ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed fyzick\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed, psychick\u00e9 stavy, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed soudr\u017enost a p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti ke smyslupln\u00e9mu zapojen\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<p><a><\/a>  V kontextu kari\u00e9rov\u00e9ho poradenstv\u00ed pom\u00e1h\u00e1 reflexe pohody jednotlivc\u016fm znovu se spojit se svou identitou a hodnotami, uv\u011bdomit si, co skute\u010dn\u011b podporuje jejich pohodu, a u\u010dinit rozhodnut\u00ed, kter\u00e1 jsou jak osobn\u011b napl\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed, tak soci\u00e1ln\u011b a ekologicky udr\u017eiteln\u00e1. Vyzv\u011bte je, aby si v\u0161\u00edmali, jak se c\u00edt\u00ed, a provedli drobn\u00e9 \u00fapravy ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed komfortu (nap\u0159. pohodln\u011bji se posadili, zav\u0159eli okno, napili se). Zd\u016frazn\u011bte, \u017ee pohoda nen\u00ed jen t\u00e9ma k diskusi, ale n\u011bco, co je t\u0159eba praktikovat.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00davod do pojmu pohoda:<\/strong><br\/>Stru\u010dn\u011b p\u0159edstavte t\u00e9ma a definujte pohodu spole\u010dn\u011b s \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm diskuse a na konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edkladech.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>P\u0159edstaven\u00ed modelu pohody:<\/strong><br\/>P\u0159edstavte jeden koncep\u010dn\u00ed r\u00e1mec, kter\u00fd definuje hlavn\u00ed dimenze pohody (nap\u0159. emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed, fyzickou, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed, finan\u010dn\u00ed, environment\u00e1ln\u00ed, intelektu\u00e1ln\u00ed, profesn\u00ed, duchovn\u00ed).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mapov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00ed pohody:<\/strong><br\/>Vyzv\u011bte \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky, aby se zamysleli a ohodnotili sv\u016fj sou\u010dasn\u00fd stav v jednotliv\u00fdch dimenz\u00edch pohody.
