Jej\u00edm c\u00edlem je vytvo\u0159it prostor pro pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed a reflexi, ani\u017e by se o\u010dek\u00e1valo, \u017ee uv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed mus\u00ed okam\u017eit\u011b v\u00e9st ke zm\u011bn\u011b, rozhodnut\u00ed nebo \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<p>\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci mohou zjistit nap\u011bt\u00ed nebo nerovnov\u00e1hu &#8211; nap\u0159\u00edklad to, \u017ee velkou \u010d\u00e1st sv\u00e9ho \u010dasu a energie v\u011bnuj\u00ed druh\u00fdm nebo povinnostem, kter\u00e9 nemohou snadno opustit. Rozpozn\u00e1n\u00edm nedostatk\u016f i st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch siln\u00fdch str\u00e1nek ve sv\u00fdch rutinn\u00edch \u010dinnostech mohou studenti pos\u00edlit sv\u00e9 zapojen\u00ed a motivaci. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00edlov\u00e1 skupina:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Kari\u00e9rn\u00ed poradci a klienti. Vych\u00e1z\u00ed z princip\u016f pro\u017eitkov\u00e9ho a reflektivn\u00edho u\u010den\u00ed a inspiruje se pozitivn\u00ed psychologi\u00ed (nap\u0159. Seligmanov\u00fdm modelem PERMA) a ekologick\u00fdmi r\u00e1mci pohody. Zd\u016fraz\u0148uje, \u017ee sebereflexe je \u010dasto stejn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 jako p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch aktivit &#8211; uv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed si m\u016f\u017ee samo o sob\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161it pohodu. <strong>Pohoda<\/strong> je dynamick\u00fd stav rovnov\u00e1hy, kdy se \u010dlov\u011bk c\u00edt\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u011b vybaven &#8211; fyzicky, emocion\u00e1ln\u011b, soci\u00e1ln\u011b a du\u0161evn\u011b &#8211; aby mohl \u017e\u00edt sv\u016fj ka\u017edodenn\u00ed \u017eivot zp\u016fsobem, kter\u00fd mu p\u0159ipad\u00e1 smyslupln\u00fd a zvl\u00e1dnuteln\u00fd vzhledem k jeho aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed situaci a omezen\u00edm. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 dimenze p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k \u017eivotn\u00ed pohod\u011b nejen jako izolovan\u00fd faktor, ale tak\u00e9 prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm jejich dynamick\u00e9 souhry, kter\u00e1 podporuje odolnost a \u017eivotn\u00ed spokojenost. <\/p>\n\n<p>R\u00e1mce ekologick\u00e9 pohody tento pohled roz\u0161i\u0159uj\u00ed a zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee lidsk\u00e1 pohoda je hluboce zakotvena v na\u0161ich vztaz\u00edch s p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edm a soci\u00e1ln\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00edm a je jimi utv\u00e1\u0159ena &#8211; v\u010detn\u011b p\u0159\u00edstupu ke zdrav\u00fdm ekosyst\u00e9m\u016fm, smyslupln\u00fdch vazeb s p\u0159\u00edrodou a dlouhodob\u00e9 udr\u017eitelnosti syst\u00e9m\u016f, kter\u00e9 podporuj\u00ed \u017eivot. Tyto emoce roz\u0161i\u0159uj\u00ed perspektivu, podporuj\u00ed motivaci a tlum\u00ed stres. <\/p>\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00edklady: Klient c\u00edt\u00ed \u00falevu a hrdost pot\u00e9, co si b\u011bhem poradenstv\u00ed ujasn\u00ed sv\u00e9 mo\u017enosti. Poradce zaznamen\u00e1 uspokojen\u00ed po smyslupln\u00e9m rozhovoru, kter\u00fd se nezam\u011b\u0159uje pouze na v\u00fdsledky.
