Doporu\u010duje se zejm\u00e9na tehdy, kdy\u017e se lid\u00e9 c\u00edt\u00ed p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed, emocion\u00e1ln\u011b vy\u010derpan\u00ed nebo si nejsou jisti, pro\u010d je ur\u010dit\u00e9 situace v pr\u00e1ci opakovan\u011b vyvedou z rovnov\u00e1hy. C\u00edlem aktivity je pomoci \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016fm identifikovat konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed spou\u0161t\u011b\u010de, pochopit, odkud tyto v\u00fdzvy poch\u00e1zej\u00ed (z jejich vlastn\u00edho nitra, vztah\u016f, organizace nebo \u0161ir\u0161\u00edho syst\u00e9mu), a zv\u00fd\u0161it pov\u011bdom\u00ed o tom, co mohou a nemohou ovlivnit. V\u00fdsledkem je, \u017ee \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci mohou o\u010dek\u00e1vat v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed porozum\u011bn\u00ed sob\u011b sam\u00fdm, lep\u0161\u00ed emo\u010dn\u00ed regulaci, jasn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed hranice a siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed smysl pro \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed sv\u00e9 pohody v ka\u017edodenn\u00edm profesn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00edlov\u00e1 skupina:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Kari\u00e9rn\u00ed poradci a klienti. Vhodn\u00e9 jak pro skupinovou pr\u00e1ci (a\u017e 20 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f), tak pro individu\u00e1ln\u00ed poradenstv\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Doba trv\u00e1n\u00ed:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Skupina: p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b <strong>40-45 minut<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Individu\u00e1ln\u00ed: p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b <strong>20-30 minut<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Inspirace pro n\u00e1stroj:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Okno tolerance<\/strong> je koncept, kter\u00fd zavedl psychiatr <strong>Dr. Dan Siegel<\/strong>, aby popsal rozsah emo\u010dn\u00edho vzru\u0161en\u00ed, v n\u011bm\u017e m\u016f\u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk efektivn\u011b fungovat. Kdy\u017e se nach\u00e1z\u00edme uvnit\u0159 tohoto &#8222;okna&#8220;, dok\u00e1\u017eeme jasn\u011b myslet, zvl\u00e1dat emoce a pru\u017en\u011b reagovat na v\u00fdzvy. <\/p>\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e se pohybujeme <strong>za<\/strong> oknem, n\u00e1\u0161 nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m se rozlad\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>P\u0159i <strong>hyperaktivit\u011b<\/strong> za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd stres, \u00fazkost, hn\u011bv nebo paniku &#8211; reakci &#8222;bojuj nebo ute\u010d&#8220;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b <strong>hypo-vzru\u0161en\u00ed<\/strong> se m\u016f\u017eeme c\u00edtit otup\u011bl\u00ed, odta\u017eit\u00ed nebo uzav\u0159en\u00ed &#8211; reakce &#8222;zamrznut\u00ed&#8220;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\u0160\u00ed\u0159ka na\u0161eho okna z\u00e1vis\u00ed na mnoha faktorech, jako jsou minul\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti, \u00farove\u0148 stresu, zdrav\u00ed a podp\u016frn\u00e9 syst\u00e9my. M\u016f\u017ee se roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it d\u00edky <strong>sebeuv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed, regula\u010dn\u00edm strategi\u00edm a podp\u016frn\u00fdm vztah\u016fm<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p>Pochopen\u00ed toleran\u010dn\u00edho okna pom\u00e1h\u00e1 jednotlivc\u016fm rozpoznat jejich <strong>spou\u0161t\u011b\u010de<\/strong>, <strong>v\u010dasn\u00e9 varovn\u00e9 sign\u00e1ly<\/strong> a <strong>zdroje, kter\u00e9<\/strong> je vracej\u00ed do rovnov\u00e1hy. V kontextu kari\u00e9rn\u00ed a poradensk\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce podporuje poradce i klienty v udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed pohody, zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed emo\u010dn\u00edch n\u00e1rok\u016f a p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed odolnosti v ka\u017edodenn\u00edm profesn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b. <\/p>\n\n<p>N\u00e1stroj propojuje okno tolerance s <strong>kari\u00e9rn\u00edmi souvislostmi<\/strong> a pom\u00e1h\u00e1 poradc\u016fm a klient\u016fm v\u0161\u00edmat si spou\u0161t\u011b\u010d\u016f, kter\u00e9 ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed jejich pohodu na osobn\u00ed, mezilidsk\u00e9, organiza\u010dn\u00ed a spole\u010densk\u00e9 \u00farovni.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00edle:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Na konci aktivity budou \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci schopni:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Porozum\u011bt konceptu <em>toleran\u010dn\u00edho okna<\/em> a jeho v\u00fdznamu pro udr\u017een\u00ed pohody.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifikujte situace, okolnosti nebo interakce, kter\u00e9 vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 pocity nebo stres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rozpoznat spou\u0161t\u011b\u010de na r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u00farovn\u00edch (intraperson\u00e1ln\u00ed, interperson\u00e1ln\u00ed, organiza\u010dn\u00ed, komunitn\u00ed a spole\u010densk\u00e9).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rozv\u00edjet pov\u011bdom\u00ed o osobn\u00edch limitech a p\u0159\u00edznac\u00edch nerovnov\u00e1hy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zamyslete se nad strategiemi, jak z\u016fstat v r\u00e1mci tolerance nebo ji roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 zdroje:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> <strong>Pracovn\u00ed list<\/strong> &#8222;Okno tolerance &#8211; hranice&#8220; a propisky.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pro skupinov\u00e1 sezen\u00ed: <strong>flipchart a fixy<\/strong> k zaznamen\u00e1n\u00ed spole\u010dn\u00fdch \u00favah.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Klidn\u00fd a bezpe\u010dn\u00fd prostor pro rozj\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed a sd\u00edlen\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Aktivity:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00davod do konceptu:<\/strong><br\/>P\u0159edstavte model <em>Okno tolerance<\/em> (viz teoretick\u00e9 podklady). Ov\u011b\u0159te, zda \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci modelu rozum\u00ed a zda jej pova\u017euj\u00ed za relevantn\u00ed pro sv\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed spou\u0161t\u011b\u010d\u016f:<\/strong><br\/>Vysv\u011btlete, \u017ee r\u016fzn\u00e9 situace, komunikace a o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1m mohou bu\u010f pomoci z\u016fstat v r\u00e1mci na\u0161\u00ed tolerance (nebo ji roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it), nebo n\u00e1s posunout mimo ni. Uv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed si t\u011bchto spou\u0161t\u011b\u010d\u016f je prvn\u00edm krokem k jejich zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed. P\u0159\u00edklady:  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>V sob\u011b: Pochybnosti o sob\u011b sam\u00e9m: &#8222;Opravdu pom\u00e1h\u00e1m tomuto klientovi?&#8220; Pocit odpov\u011bdnosti za klientovu situaci nebo nedostate\u010dn\u00fd pokrok. Perfekcionismus: touha prov\u00e9st &#8222;dokonalou&#8220; intervenci. Pot\u00ed\u017ee s vypnut\u00edm po emo\u010dn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch sezen\u00edch.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159i pr\u00e1ci s klienty: Klienti, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou demotivovan\u00ed, ml\u010denliv\u00ed nebo se br\u00e1n\u00ed. Klienti, kte\u0159\u00ed o\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed rychl\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed nebo &#8222;odpov\u011bdi&#8220;. Siln\u00e9 emoce klient\u016f (hn\u011bv, zoufalstv\u00ed, frustrace). Sly\u0161en\u00ed t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch \u017eivotn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh\u016f, kter\u00e9 rezonuj\u00ed s m\u00fdmi vlastn\u00edmi zku\u0161enostmi.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S kolegy \/ v t\u00fdmov\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci: Nedostatek zp\u011btn\u00e9 vazby nebo uzn\u00e1n\u00ed. Pocit izolace nebo nepodpory v m\u00e9 roli. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ve vztahu k m\u00e9 organizaci: Vysok\u00e1 administrativn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e a pap\u00edrov\u00e1n\u00ed. \u010casov\u00fd tlak a napjat\u00e9 \u010dasov\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny. Nedostatek samostatnosti p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci s klienty.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V m\u00e9m sektoru \/ syst\u00e9mu: Nestabilita financov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 projekty. Zm\u011bny v politice, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed vliv na klienty, ale jsou mimo mou kontrolu. Ukazatele v\u00fdkonnosti, kter\u00e9 neodr\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed skute\u010dnou poradenskou pr\u00e1ci.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Zam\u011b\u0159te se na pracovn\u00ed kontext:<\/strong><br>Vyzv\u011bte \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky, aby se zamysleli nad situacemi, kter\u00e9 zpochyb\u0148uj\u00ed jejich pohodu v profesn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b. Zva\u017ete r\u016fzn\u00e9 \u00farovn\u011b: \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vnit\u0159n\u00ed pro\u017eitky (my\u0161lenky, emoce, fyzick\u00e9 stavy)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e1ce s klienty nebo studenty<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spolupr\u00e1ce s kolegy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organiza\u010dn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Profesn\u00ed komunita nebo odv\u011btv\u00ed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0160ir\u0161\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00ed nebo syst\u00e9mov\u00fd kontext<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Individu\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u00e1ce:<\/strong><br\/>Rozdejte pracovn\u00ed list <em>Okno tolerance &#8211; Hranice<\/em>. Identifikuj\u00ed podobnosti a rozd\u00edly.<br\/>P\u0159\u00edklady shroma\u017e\u010fuj\u00ed na flipchartu v r\u00e1mci kategori\u00ed spou\u0161t\u011b\u010d\u016f (individu\u00e1ln\u00ed, vztahov\u00e9, organiza\u010dn\u00ed atd.). <strong> <\/strong><strong>Pokud je \u010dinnost prov\u00e1d\u011bna virtu\u00e1ln\u011b, mohou b\u00fdt v\u00fdbornou alternativou online n\u00e1stroje pro tvorbu graf\u016f (Lucid, Miro, Jamboard).<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Verze individu\u00e1ln\u00edho poradenstv\u00ed:<\/strong><br\/>P\u0159i individu\u00e1ln\u00edm sezen\u00ed poradce a klient spole\u010dn\u011b proch\u00e1zej\u00ed pracovn\u00ed list a zkoumaj\u00ed vzorce, opakuj\u00edc\u00ed se t\u00e9mata nebo p\u0159ekvapiv\u00e9 odpov\u011bdi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hodnocen\u00ed kontroly:<\/strong><br\/>Vyzv\u011bte \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky, aby ohodnotili ka\u017ed\u00fd z uveden\u00fdch spou\u0161t\u011b\u010d\u016f na stupnici <strong>od 1 do 10<\/strong> podle m\u00edry kontroly, kterou maj\u00ed nad situac\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>1<\/strong> = bez kontroly nebo vlivu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>10<\/strong> = pln\u011b pod osobn\u00ed kontrolou<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Zd\u016frazn\u011bte, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd vn\u00edm\u00e1 kontrolu jinak. Vyzv\u011bte \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky, aby si v\u0161\u00edmali, co <em>mohou<\/em> ovlivnit a co je mimo jejich kontrolu. (\u2248 5 minut). Projd\u011bte spole\u010dn\u011b klientova hodnocen\u00ed, prozkoumejte vzorce a prodiskutujte, kter\u00e9 situace by bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 zvl\u00e1dnout jinak nebo p\u0159ijmout s v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm soucitem k sob\u011b sam\u00e9mu.   <\/p>\n\n<ol start=\"8\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ak\u010dn\u00ed pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed &#8211; ochrana a roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed m\u00e9ho toleran\u010dn\u00edho okna<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><strong>Vyzv\u011bte \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky nebo klienty, aby si vybrali jeden nebo dva kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 spou\u0161t\u011b\u010de, kter\u00e9 nejv\u00edce ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed jejich pohodu. Pro ka\u017ed\u00fd vybran\u00fd spou\u0161t\u011b\u010d definujte jedno realistick\u00e9 opat\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 mohou u\u010dinit, aby bu\u010f sn\u00ed\u017eili jeho dopad, zv\u00fd\u0161ili sv\u016fj pocit kontroly, nebo se l\u00e9pe podpo\u0159ili, kdy\u017e se objev\u00ed. M\u016f\u017ee se jednat o praktickou \u00fapravu (nap\u0159. zm\u011bna rutiny), vztahov\u00e9 opat\u0159en\u00ed (nap\u0159. vyjasn\u011bn\u00ed hranic, \u017e\u00e1dost o podporu) nebo vnit\u0159n\u00ed strategii (nap\u0159. v\u0161\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed si v\u010dasn\u00fdch varovn\u00fdch sign\u00e1l\u016f, pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed technik seberegulace).  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Zd\u016frazn\u011bte, \u017ee c\u00edlem nen\u00ed odstranit v\u0161echny spou\u0161t\u011b\u010de, ale pos\u00edlit uv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed, mo\u017enost volby a odolnost.
