Aktivitu lze realizovat jak v r\u00e1mci vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed poradc\u016f, tak v p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci s jednotlivci nebo skupinami. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Doba trv\u00e1n\u00ed:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>P\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b <strong>60 minut<\/strong> ve skupinov\u00e9m form\u00e1tu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b <strong>40 minut v<\/strong> individu\u00e1ln\u00edm form\u00e1tu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Inspirace pro n\u00e1stroj:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Vyvinuto slovensk\u00fdmi kari\u00e9rov\u00fdmi odborn\u00edky v r\u00e1mci modulu <em>Well-being in Career Guidance<\/em>. Vych\u00e1z\u00ed z v\u00fdzkum\u016f a praxe, kter\u00e9 spojuj\u00ed <strong>spokojenost s kari\u00e9rou, pozitivn\u00ed emoce, hodnoty a siln\u00e9 str\u00e1nky<\/strong> s celkovou pohodou (viz nap\u0159. Ryff\u016fv model psychologick\u00e9 pohody; Seligman\u016fv model PERMA; p\u0159\u00edstup Green Guidance). Metoda je inspirov\u00e1na p\u0159\u00edstupy z\u00e1\u017eitkov\u00e9ho a reflektivn\u00edho u\u010den\u00ed a podporuje zt\u011blesn\u011bn\u00e9, participativn\u00ed zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00edle:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Na konci t\u00e9to aktivity budou \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci schopni:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zjistit a pochopit, co pro n\u011b znamen\u00e1 <em>kari\u00e9rn\u00ed pohoda<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uv\u011bdomit si propojen\u00ed mezi kari\u00e9rn\u00ed pohodou a dal\u0161\u00edmi dimenzemi celkov\u00e9 pohody.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prozkoumat osobn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti s uspokojen\u00edm a pozitivn\u00edmi emocemi souvisej\u00edc\u00edmi s jejich prac\u00ed nebo u\u010den\u00edm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>  Identifikovat osobn\u00ed <strong>hodnoty<\/strong>, <strong>siln\u00e9 str\u00e1nky<\/strong> a <strong>zdroje, kter\u00e9<\/strong> podporuj\u00ed jejich kari\u00e9rn\u00ed pohodu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zamyslete se nad konkr\u00e9tn\u00edmi kroky ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed nebo udr\u017een\u00ed kari\u00e9rn\u00ed pohody.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 zdroje:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prostor pro skupinov\u00e9 sezen\u00ed v kruhu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dostate\u010dn\u011b velk\u00e1 m\u00edstnost, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 z\u0159\u00eddit <strong>sedm stanovi\u0161\u0165<\/strong> odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edch sedmi slo\u017ek\u00e1m kari\u00e9rn\u00edho blahobytu (na podlaze nebo vyzna\u010den\u00fdch na st\u011bn\u011b p\u00e1skou) a umo\u017enit \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016fm voln\u00fd pohyb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>l\u00edste\u010dky<\/strong> (pro \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky, kte\u0159\u00ed mohou na ka\u017ed\u00e9m stanovi\u0161ti zanechat sv\u00e9 \u00favahy).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pracovn\u00ed list<\/strong> (list pro reflexi kari\u00e9rn\u00ed pohody) a tu\u017eky.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voliteln\u011b: vyti\u0161t\u011bn\u00e1 my\u0161lenkov\u00e1 mapa nebo diagram zn\u00e1zor\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed sedm prvk\u016f kari\u00e9rn\u00ed pohody. To lze alternativn\u011b pou\u017e\u00edt jako individu\u00e1ln\u00ed aktivitu. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Aktivity:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00davod do konceptu:<\/strong><br\/>Za\u010dn\u011bte kr\u00e1tkou prezentac\u00ed nebo diskus\u00ed o <em>kari\u00e9rn\u00ed pohod\u011b &#8211; co<\/em>znamen\u00e1, jak souvis\u00ed s ostatn\u00edmi oblastmi pohody a pro\u010d je dnes d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 (viz odd\u00edl <em>Kari\u00e9rn\u00ed\/profesn\u00ed pohoda jako jedna ze slo\u017eek celkov\u00e9 pohody<\/em>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>P\u0159edstaven\u00ed modelu:<\/strong><br\/>Uka\u017ete <strong>my\u0161lenkovou mapu nebo diagram<\/strong> zn\u00e1zor\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed sedm prvk\u016f kari\u00e9rn\u00ed pohody.
