Aktivitu lze pou\u017e\u00edt bu\u010f jako osobn\u00ed pl\u00e1n p\u00e9\u010de o sebe sama pro poradce, nebo jako pl\u00e1n kari\u00e9rov\u00e9 pohody pro klienty. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Doba trv\u00e1n\u00ed:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>P\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b <strong>30-40 minut<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Inspirace pro n\u00e1stroj:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Vyvinuto slovensk\u00fdmi kari\u00e9risty jako <strong>konsolida\u010dn\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed<\/strong> na konci cyklu blahobytu. Navazuje na p\u0159edchoz\u00ed sezen\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 na identifikaci siln\u00fdch str\u00e1nek, zdroj\u016f a zdroj\u016f podpory. Metoda kombinuje reflexi s ak\u010dn\u00edm pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00edm a lze ji p\u0159izp\u016fsobit jak pro <strong>p\u00e9\u010di o sebe<\/strong> (pro poradce), tak pro <strong>rozvoj kari\u00e9rov\u00e9 pohody<\/strong> (pro klienty).  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00edle:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Na konci t\u00e9to aktivity budou \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci schopni:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Shr\u0148te p\u0159edchoz\u00ed \u00favahy o jejich pohod\u011b, siln\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch a zdroj\u00edch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ur\u010dit jednu nebo v\u00edce oblast\u00ed, kter\u00e9 cht\u011bj\u00ed rozv\u00edjet nebo zlep\u0161ovat ve sv\u00e9m osobn\u00edm nebo profesn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Definovat praktick\u00e9 kroky k udr\u017een\u00ed nebo pos\u00edlen\u00ed pohody v ka\u017edodenn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b a v pr\u00e1ci.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pl\u00e1novat udr\u017eiteln\u00fd rozvoj sv\u00e9 kari\u00e9ry nebo odborn\u00e9 praxe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 zdroje:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pracovn\u00ed list <em>&#8222;Pl\u00e1n pro dobrou pohodu<\/em> &#8220; (viz n\u00ed\u017ee).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pera nebo digit\u00e1ln\u00ed psac\u00ed n\u00e1stroj.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Klidn\u00fd prostor pro individu\u00e1ln\u00ed rozj\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Aktivity:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00davod a rekapitulace:<\/strong><br\/>Za\u010dn\u011bte shrnut\u00edm p\u0159edchoz\u00edch sezen\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch na identifikaci siln\u00fdch str\u00e1nek osobnosti, zdroj\u016f podpory a moment\u016f pohody.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Individu\u00e1ln\u00ed reflexe pomoc\u00ed pracovn\u00edho listu:<\/strong><br>\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci vypln\u00ed tabulku <em>Pl\u00e1n pro pohodu<\/em>.
