Skl\u00e1d\u00e1 se ze t\u0159\u00ed slo\u017eek: <strong>laskavosti k sob\u011b sam\u00e9mu<\/strong> (b\u00fdt k sob\u011b laskav\u00fd, nikoliv odsuzuj\u00edc\u00ed), <strong>oby\u010dejn\u00e9 lidskosti<\/strong> (uznat, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd d\u011bl\u00e1 chyby a trp\u00ed) a <strong>v\u0161\u00edmavosti<\/strong> (pozorovat sv\u00e9 emoce, ani\u017e bychom se s nimi p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 ztoto\u017e\u0148ovali). <\/p>\n\n<p>Z psychologick\u00e9ho hlediska soucit se sebou aktivuje <strong>uklid\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed syst\u00e9m<\/strong> t\u011bla, sni\u017euje hladinu kortizolu a stresov\u00fdch reakc\u00ed a z\u00e1rove\u0148 zvy\u0161uje emo\u010dn\u00ed stabilitu a motivaci. Na rozd\u00edl od sebe\u00facty, kter\u00e1 z\u00e1vis\u00ed na \u00fasp\u011bchu nebo srovn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, nab\u00edz\u00ed soucit se sebou stabiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1klad pro <strong>pohodu,<\/strong> odolnost a zdrav\u00e9 vztahy &#8211; zejm\u00e9na v pom\u00e1haj\u00edc\u00edch profes\u00edch, kde empatie k druh\u00fdm mus\u00ed za\u010d\u00ednat empati\u00ed k sob\u011b sam\u00e9mu. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00edle:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Na konci t\u00e9to aktivity budou \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci schopni:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pochopit roli soucitu se sebou sam\u00fdm v osobn\u00ed a profesn\u00ed pohod\u011b.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rozpoznat rozd\u00edl mezi sebekritikou a laskavost\u00ed k sob\u011b sam\u00e9mu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Procvi\u010dte jednoduch\u00e9 reflexn\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e9 pos\u00edl\u00ed jejich soucit se sebou sam\u00fdmi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prozkoumejte, jak lze toto uv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edt p\u0159i pomoci ve vztaz\u00edch s klienty nebo kolegy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 zdroje:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Klidn\u00fd a pohodln\u00fd prostor pro sezen\u00ed v kruhu (pro skupiny).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pap\u00edr a pera.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Aktivity:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Zar\u00e1mov\u00e1n\u00ed aktivity:<\/strong><br\/>Cvi\u010den\u00ed uve\u010fte do kontextu pohody (viz odd\u00edl <em>Dal\u0161\u00ed souvisej\u00edc\u00ed pojmy<\/em>). Vysv\u011btlete, \u017ee soucit se sebou sam\u00fdm znamen\u00e1 chovat se k sob\u011b se stejnou p\u00e9\u010d\u00ed a porozum\u011bn\u00edm, jak\u00e9 bychom poskytli dobr\u00e9mu p\u0159\u00edteli. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00davod k t\u00e9matu:<\/strong><br\/>Mnoz\u00ed z n\u00e1s si kladou velmi vysok\u00e9 n\u00e1roky. Kdy\u017e je nespln\u00edme, \u010dasto reagujeme sebekritikou nebo tvrd\u00fdm vnit\u0159n\u00edm dialogem. Toto cvi\u010den\u00ed n\u00e1m pom\u016f\u017ee uv\u011bdomit si tento hlas a nacvi\u010dit si reagovat s v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed laskavost\u00ed a pochopen\u00edm.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u0158\u00edzen\u00e1 reflexe:<\/strong><br>Vyzv\u011bte \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky, aby pomalu pro\u0161li n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edmi kroky a po ka\u017ed\u00e9m z nich si ponechali n\u011bkolik okam\u017eik\u016f:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vzpome\u0148te si na situaci, kdy <strong>n\u011bkdo z va\u0161ich bl\u00edzk\u00fdch<\/strong> selhal nebo ud\u011blal chybu. Jak jste s n\u00edm mluvili? Jak\u00e1 slova nebo t\u00f3n jste pou\u017eili? Zapi\u0161te si to.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nyn\u00ed si vzpome\u0148te na situaci, kdy <strong>jste<\/strong> selhali nebo ud\u011blali chybu. Co jste si pomysleli nebo co jste si \u0159ekli? Jak\u00fd byl v\u00e1\u0161 t\u00f3n hlasu? Zapi\u0161te si to.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u0161imn\u011bte si <strong>rozd\u00edlu<\/strong> mezi nimi. Pro\u010d m\u016f\u017ee tento rozd\u00edl existovat? <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159edstavte si, co by v takov\u00e9 situaci \u0159ekl v\u00e1\u0161 <strong>bl\u00edzk\u00fd p\u0159\u00edtel,<\/strong> kter\u00e9mu na v\u00e1s opravdu z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Napi\u0161te si, jak by to zn\u011blo, kdybyste k sob\u011b mluvili stejn\u011b jako k milovan\u00e9 osob\u011b.
