Acesta este recomandat \u00een special atunci c\u00e2nd persoanele se simt cople\u0219ite, epuizate emo\u021bional sau nu sunt sigure de ce anumite situa\u021bii la locul de munc\u0103 le dezechilibreaz\u0103 \u00een mod repetat. Atunci c\u00e2nd ne afl\u0103m \u00een interiorul acestei &#8222;ferestre&#8221;, putem g\u00e2ndi clar, putem gestiona emo\u021biile \u0219i putem r\u0103spunde flexibil la provoc\u0103ri. <\/p>\n\n<p>Atunci c\u00e2nd ne mi\u0219c\u0103m \u00een <strong>afara<\/strong> ferestrei, sistemul nostru nervos devine dereglementat:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00cen <strong>hiper-acuzie<\/strong>, experiment\u0103m stres, anxietate, furie sau panic\u0103 crescute &#8211; r\u0103spunsul &#8222;lupt\u0103 sau fugi&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00cen <strong>hipo-aroas\u0103<\/strong>, ne putem sim\u021bi amor\u021bi\u021bi, deta\u0219a\u021bi sau \u00eenchi\u0219i &#8211; r\u0103spunsul de &#8222;\u00eenghe\u021bare&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>L\u0103\u021bimea ferestrei noastre depinde de mul\u021bi factori, cum ar fi experien\u021bele trecute, nivelurile de stres, s\u0103n\u0103tatea \u0219i sistemele de sprijin. Ea se poate extinde prin <strong>autocunoa\u0219tere, strategii de reglare \u0219i rela\u021bii de sprijin<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p>\u00cen\u021belegerea ferestrei de toleran\u021b\u0103 ajut\u0103 persoanele s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i recunoasc\u0103 <strong>factorii declan\u0219atori<\/strong>, <strong>semnele de avertizare timpurie<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>resursele<\/strong> care le readuc \u00een echilibru. \u00cen contextul carierei \u0219i al activit\u0103\u021bii de orientare, aceasta sprijin\u0103 at\u00e2t consilierii, c\u00e2t \u0219i clien\u021bii \u00een men\u021binerea bun\u0103st\u0103rii, gestionarea solicit\u0103rilor emo\u021bionale \u0219i cultivarea rezilien\u021bei \u00een via\u021ba profesional\u0103 de zi cu zi. <\/p>\n\n<p>Instrumentul conecteaz\u0103 fereastra toleran\u021bei la <strong>contextele de carier\u0103<\/strong>, ajut\u00e2nd consilierii \u0219i clien\u021bii s\u0103 observe factorii declan\u0219atori care le afecteaz\u0103 bun\u0103starea la nivel personal, interpersonal, organiza\u021bional \u0219i societal.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Obiective:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>P\u00e2n\u0103 la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul activit\u0103\u021bii, participan\u021bii vor fi capabili s\u0103:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>S\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 conceptul de <em>fereastr\u0103 de toleran\u021b\u0103<\/em> \u0219i relevan\u021ba acestuia pentru men\u021binerea bun\u0103st\u0103rii.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifica\u021bi situa\u021biile, circumstan\u021bele sau interac\u021biunile care declan\u0219eaz\u0103 disconfort sau stres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u0103 recunoasc\u0103 factorii declan\u0219atori la mai multe niveluri (intrapersonal, interpersonal, organiza\u021bional, comunitar \u0219i societal).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dezvoltarea con\u0219tientiz\u0103rii limitelor personale \u0219i a semnelor de dezechilibru.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u0103 reflecteze asupra strategiilor de a r\u0103m\u00e2ne \u00een interiorul sau de a-\u0219i extinde fereastra de toleran\u021b\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Resurse necesare:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> <strong>Fi\u0219a de lucru<\/strong> &#8222;Fereastra de toleran\u021b\u0103 &#8211; Limite&#8221; \u0219i pixuri.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pentru sesiunile de grup: <strong>flipchart \u0219i markere<\/strong> pentru a \u00eenregistra reflec\u021biile colective.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spa\u021biu lini\u0219tit \u0219i sigur pentru reflec\u021bie \u0219i \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219ire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Activit\u0103\u021bi:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Introducerea conceptului:<\/strong><br\/>Prezenta\u021bi modelul <em>ferestrei de toleran\u021b\u0103<\/em> (consulta\u021bi contextul teoretic). Verifica\u021bi dac\u0103 participan\u021bii \u00een\u021beleg \u0219i g\u0103sesc modelul relevant pentru experien\u021ba lor. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Explorarea declan\u0219atorilor:<\/strong><br\/>Explica\u021bi c\u0103 diferite situa\u021bii, comunic\u0103ri \u0219i a\u0219tept\u0103ri ne pot ajuta s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2nem \u00een fereastra noastr\u0103 de toleran\u021b\u0103 (sau s\u0103 o extindem) sau ne pot \u00eempinge \u00een afara ei. Con\u0219tientizarea acestor factori declan\u0219atori este primul pas c\u0103tre gestionarea lor. Exemple:  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00cen interiorul meu: \u00cendoiala de sine: &#8222;Chiar \u00eel ajut pe acest client?&#8221; Sentimentul de responsabilitate pentru situa\u021bia sau lipsa de progres a unui client. Perfec\u021bionism: dorin\u021ba de a face interven\u021bia &#8222;perfect\u0103&#8221;. Dificultatea de a m\u0103 deconecta dup\u0103 sesiuni solicitante din punct de vedere emo\u021bional   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00cen lucrul cu clien\u021bii: Clien\u021bii care sunt demotiva\u021bi, t\u0103cu\u021bi sau rezisten\u021bi. Clien\u021bi care a\u0219teapt\u0103 solu\u021bii rapide sau &#8222;r\u0103spunsuri&#8221;. Emo\u021bii puternice din partea clien\u021bilor (furie, disperare, frustrare). Audierea unor pove\u0219ti de via\u021b\u0103 dificile care rezoneaz\u0103 cu propriile mele experien\u021be   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cu colegii \/ \u00een lucrul \u00een echip\u0103: Lipsa de feedback sau recunoa\u0219tere. Sentimentul de izolare sau lips\u0103 de sus\u021binere \u00een rolul meu <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00cen raport cu organiza\u021bia mea: Volum mare de munc\u0103 administrativ\u0103 \u0219i birocra\u021bie. Presiunea timpului \u0219i programele stricte. Lipsa de autonomie \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te modul \u00een care lucrez cu clien\u021bii.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00cen sectorul \/ sistemul meu: Instabilitatea finan\u021b\u0103rii sau proiectele pe termen scurt. Schimb\u0103ri de politic\u0103 care afecteaz\u0103 clien\u021bii, dar care sunt \u00een afara controlului meu. Indicatori de performan\u021b\u0103 care nu reflect\u0103 munca real\u0103 de orientare.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Concentra\u021bi-v\u0103 asupra contextului de lucru:<\/strong><br>Invita\u021bi participan\u021bii s\u0103 reflecteze asupra situa\u021biilor care le pun la \u00eencercare bun\u0103starea \u00een via\u021ba profesional\u0103. Lua\u021bi \u00een considerare diferite niveluri: \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experien\u021be interioare (g\u00e2nduri, emo\u021bii, st\u0103ri fizice)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lucra\u021bi cu clien\u021bi sau studen\u021bi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colaborarea cu colegii<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mediul organiza\u021bional<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comunitatea sau sectorul profesional<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contextul social sau sistemic mai larg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lucru individual:<\/strong><br\/>Distribui\u021bi fi\u0219a de lucru <em>Fereastra de toleran\u021b\u0103 &#8211; Limite<\/em>. Ei identific\u0103 asem\u0103n\u0103rile \u0219i diferen\u021bele.<br\/>Colecta\u021bi exemplele pe un flip-chart pe categorii de factori declan\u0219atori (individuali, rela\u021bionali, organiza\u021bionali etc.). <strong> <\/strong><strong>\u00cen cazul \u00een care activitatea se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 virtual, instrumentele grafice online (Lucid, Miro, Jamboard) pot fi alternative excelente.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Versiunea de consiliere individual\u0103:<\/strong><br\/>\u00centr-o \u0219edin\u021b\u0103 individual\u0103, consilierul \u0219i clientul analizeaz\u0103 \u00eempreun\u0103 fi\u0219a de lucru, explor\u00e2nd tipare, teme repetate sau r\u0103spunsuri surprinz\u0103toare.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Evaluarea controlului:<\/strong><br\/>Invita\u021bi participan\u021bii s\u0103 evalueze fiecare declan\u0219ator enumerat pe o scar\u0103 de la <strong>1 la 10<\/strong>, \u00een func\u021bie de gradul de control pe care simt c\u0103 \u00eel au asupra situa\u021biei.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>1<\/strong> = niciun control sau influen\u021b\u0103<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>10<\/strong> = pe deplin sub controlul personal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Sublinia\u021bi c\u0103 fiecare percepe controlul \u00een mod diferit. \u00cencuraja\u021bi participan\u021bii s\u0103 noteze ceea ce <em>pot<\/em> influen\u021ba \u0219i ceea ce se afl\u0103 \u00een afara controlului lor. Pentru fiecare declan\u0219ator selectat, ace\u0219tia definesc o ac\u021biune realist\u0103 pe care o pot \u00eentreprinde fie pentru a reduce impactul acestuia, fie pentru a-\u0219i spori sentimentul de control, fie pentru a se sprijini mai bine atunci c\u00e2nd apare.
