Ea leag\u0103 conceptul de autocomp\u0103timire de <strong>bun\u0103starea<\/strong> general\u0103, ar\u0103t\u00e2nd cum bun\u0103tatea fa\u021b\u0103 de sine poate \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi echilibrul emo\u021bional, rezisten\u021ba \u0219i motiva\u021bia. <\/p>\n\n<p>Autocomp\u0103timirea, astfel cum este descris\u0103 de <strong>Dr. Kristin Neff (2003)<\/strong>, este practica de a ne trata pe noi \u00een\u0219ine cu bun\u0103tate, \u00een\u021belegere \u0219i aten\u021bie \u00een momentele de e\u0219ec sau dificultate &#8211; la fel cum am trata un prieten apropiat. Ea are trei componente: <strong>bun\u0103tatea de sine<\/strong> (a fi mai degrab\u0103 bl\u00e2nd dec\u00e2t a te judeca pe tine \u00eensu\u021bi), <strong>umanitatea comun\u0103<\/strong> (a recunoa\u0219te c\u0103 toat\u0103 lumea face gre\u0219eli \u0219i sufer\u0103) \u0219i <strong>aten\u021bia<\/strong> (observarea propriilor emo\u021bii f\u0103r\u0103 a se identifica excesiv cu ele). <\/p>\n\n<p>Dintr-o perspectiv\u0103 psihologic\u0103, autocomp\u0103timirea activeaz\u0103 <strong>sistemul de calmare<\/strong> al organismului, reduc\u00e2nd cortizolul \u0219i r\u0103spunsurile la stres \u0219i cresc\u00e2nd \u00een acela\u0219i timp stabilitatea emo\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i motiva\u021bia. Spre deosebire de stima de sine, care depinde de succes sau de compara\u021bie, autocomp\u0103timirea ofer\u0103 o baz\u0103 mai stabil\u0103 pentru <strong>bun\u0103stare<\/strong>, rezilien\u021b\u0103 \u0219i rela\u021bii s\u0103n\u0103toase &#8211; \u00een special \u00een profesiile de ajutor, unde empatia pentru ceilal\u021bi trebuie s\u0103 \u00eenceap\u0103 cu empatia pentru sine. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Obiective:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>P\u00e2n\u0103 la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul acestei activit\u0103\u021bi, participan\u021bii vor fi capabili s\u0103:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>S\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 rolul autocomp\u0103timirii \u00een bun\u0103starea personal\u0103 \u0219i profesional\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recunoa\u0219te\u021bi diferen\u021ba dintre autocritic\u0103 \u0219i bun\u0103voin\u021b\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practica\u021bi un exerci\u021biu simplu de reflec\u021bie pentru a le consolida autocomp\u0103timirea.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Explora\u021bi modul \u00een care aceast\u0103 con\u0219tientizare poate fi utilizat\u0103 \u00een rela\u021biile de ajutor cu clien\u021bii sau colegii.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Resurse necesare:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Spa\u021biu lini\u0219tit \u0219i confortabil pentru a sta \u00een cerc (pentru grupuri).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H\u00e2rtie \u0219i pixuri.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Activit\u0103\u021bi:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00cencadrarea activit\u0103\u021bii:<\/strong><br\/>Prezenta\u021bi exerci\u021biul \u00een contextul bun\u0103st\u0103rii (a se vedea sec\u021biunea <em>Alte concepte conexe<\/em>). Scrie\u021bi-le.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acum g\u00e2ndi\u021bi-v\u0103 la o situa\u021bie \u00een care <strong>a\u021bi<\/strong> e\u0219uat sau a\u021bi f\u0103cut o gre\u0219eal\u0103. Ce a\u021bi g\u00e2ndit sau ce v-a\u021bi spus? Care a fost tonul vocii tale? Scrie\u021bi.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Observa\u021bi <strong>diferen\u021ba<\/strong> dintre cele dou\u0103.
