Aceasta se bazeaz\u0103 pe cercet\u0103ri \u0219i practici care leag\u0103 <strong>satisfac\u021bia \u00een carier\u0103, emo\u021biile pozitive, valorile \u0219i punctele forte<\/strong> de bun\u0103starea general\u0103 (a se vedea, de exemplu, Modelul de bun\u0103stare psihologic\u0103 al lui Ryff; PERMA al lui Seligman; abordarea Green Guidance).
