Aktivita \u010derp\u00e1 in\u0161pir\u00e1ciu z te\u00f3ri\u00ed pozit\u00edvnej psychol\u00f3gie a pohody. Sp\u00e1ja teoretick\u00e9 poznatky s reflex\u00edvnou praxou a z\u00e1\u017eitkov\u00fdm u\u010den\u00edm.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Blahobyt je viacrozmern\u00fd pojem, ktor\u00fd odr\u00e1\u017ea celkov\u00fd pocit rovnov\u00e1hy, naplnenia a vitality v \u017eivote \u010dloveka. Presahuje r\u00e1mec nepr\u00edtomnosti choroby a zah\u0155\u0148a emocion\u00e1lny, fyzick\u00fd, soci\u00e1lny, intelektu\u00e1lny, environment\u00e1lny, finan\u010dn\u00fd, profesion\u00e1lny a duchovn\u00fd rozmer. Pod\u013ea <strong>Oxfordsk\u00e9ho slovn\u00edka<\/strong> <em>wellness<\/em> znamen\u00e1 <em>&#8222;stav dobr\u00e9ho zdravia, najm\u00e4 ako akt\u00edvne sledovan\u00fd cie\u013e&#8220;<\/em>.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Blahobyt \u00fazko s\u00favis\u00ed s identitou a hodnotami. N\u00e1\u0161 zmysel pre to, kto sme a \u010do pova\u017eujeme za zmyslupln\u00e9, ur\u010duje sp\u00f4sob, ak\u00fdm definujeme a sledujeme pohodu. Teoretick\u00e9 r\u00e1mce, ako napr\u00edklad Seligmanov model PERMA (Positive emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Achievement) alebo r\u00e1mec OECD pre pohodu, zd\u00f4raz\u0148uj\u00fa, \u017ee pohoda je v\u00fdsledkom interakcie osobn\u00fdch, soci\u00e1lnych a environment\u00e1lnych faktorov. Nejde o pevne stanoven\u00fd stav, ale o dynamick\u00fd proces zos\u00fala\u010fovania svojho konania, prostredia a hodn\u00f4t s cie\u013eom udr\u017ea\u0165 si zdrav\u00fd a spokojn\u00fd \u017eivot.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Model PERMA, ktor\u00fd v r\u00e1mci pozit\u00edvnej psychol\u00f3gie vyvinul Martin Seligman, navrhuje p\u00e4\u0165 z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch prvkov pohody: Pozit\u00edvne em\u00f3cie, anga\u017eovanos\u0165, vz\u0165ahy, zmysel a \u00faspech &#8211; ktor\u00e9 spolo\u010dne pom\u00e1haj\u00fa vysvetli\u0165, ako \u013eudia za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa trval\u00fa pohodu v r\u00f4znych oblastiach \u017eivota. Ka\u017ed\u00fd rozmer prispieva k pohode nielen ako izolovan\u00fd faktor, ale aj prostredn\u00edctvom ich dynamick\u00e9ho vz\u00e1jomn\u00e9ho p\u00f4sobenia, ktor\u00e9 podporuje odolnos\u0165 a \u017eivotn\u00fa spokojnos\u0165. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>P &#8211; Pozit\u00edvne em\u00f3cie<\/strong>: Pre\u017e\u00edvanie pr\u00edjemn\u00fdch em\u00f3ci\u00ed, ako je rados\u0165, v\u010fa\u010dnos\u0165, \u00fa\u013eava, n\u00e1dej alebo pokoj. Tieto em\u00f3cie roz\u0161iruj\u00fa perspekt\u00edvu, podporuj\u00fa motiv\u00e1ciu a tlmia stres. <\/p>\n\n<p>Pr\u00edklady: Klient poci\u0165uje \u00fa\u013eavu a hrdos\u0165 po tom, \u010do si po\u010das poradenstva vyjasn\u00ed svoje mo\u017enosti. Poradca si v\u0161imne spokojnos\u0165 po zmysluplnom rozhovore, namiesto toho, aby sa s\u00fastredil len na v\u00fdsledky. Oslava mal\u00fdch v\u00ed\u0165azstiev: dokon\u010denie \u017eivotopisu, uskuto\u010dnenie n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9ho telefon\u00e1tu&#8230;  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>E &#8211; Engagement<\/strong>: Vyu\u017e\u00edvanie siln\u00fdch str\u00e1nok, zru\u010dnost\u00ed a pozornosti v plnej miere: hlbok\u00e9 zapojenie do \u010dinnosti, \u010dasto opisovan\u00e9 ako &#8222;flow&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pr\u00edklady: Klient je \u00faplne pohlten\u00fd rozpr\u00e1van\u00edm o projekte, ktor\u00fd sa mu p\u00e1\u010dil v predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facej pr\u00e1ci. Odborn\u00edk za\u017e\u00edva zaanga\u017eovanos\u0165 pri facilit\u00e1cii skupinov\u00e9ho workshopu. V\u0161imnutie si momentov v pr\u00e1ci, ke\u010f \u010das r\u00fdchlo plynie, preto\u017ee \u00faloha je zmyslupln\u00e1 a zladen\u00e1.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>R &#8211; Vz\u0165ahy:<\/strong> Vz\u0165ahy &#8211; k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fd ochrann\u00fd faktor pre pohodu: podpora, d\u00f4vera a zmyslupln\u00e9 vz\u0165ahy s ostatn\u00fdmi.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pr\u00edklady: Klient c\u00edti podporu zo strany poradcu, ktor\u00fd ho po\u010d\u00fava bez posudzovania. Vz\u00e1jomn\u00e9 v\u00fdmeny medzi odborn\u00edkmi, ktor\u00e9 zni\u017euj\u00fa izol\u00e1ciu a podporuj\u00fa odborn\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>M &#8211; v\u00fdznam:<\/strong> Pocit, \u017ee jeho \u010diny s\u00fa spojen\u00e9 s nie\u010d\u00edm v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edm, ne\u017e je on s\u00e1m &#8211; hodnoty, pr\u00ednos, \u00fa\u010del alebo spolo\u010densk\u00e1 u\u017eito\u010dnos\u0165.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pr\u00edklady: Pr\u00edklady: Zamyslenie sa nad t\u00fdm, ako vlastn\u00e1 pr\u00e1ca prispieva ostatn\u00fdm, komunite alebo spolo\u010dnosti. Odborn\u00edk nach\u00e1dza zmysel v podpore zranite\u013en\u00fdch klientov alebo v podpore udr\u017eate\u013enej\u0161ej vo\u013eby povolania. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>A &#8211; \u00daspech<\/strong>: Pocit \u00faspechu, ktor\u00fd vypl\u00fdva zo stanovenia cie\u013eov, dosiahnutia pokroku a uznania \u00fasilia &#8211; nielen \u00faspechu.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pr\u00edklady: Dokon\u010denie \u0161kolenia, aktualiz\u00e1cia odborn\u00fdch zru\u010dnost\u00ed alebo z\u00edskanie sebad\u00f4very. Poradca, ktor\u00fd si uvedomuje hodnotu d\u00f4slednej, &#8222;nevidite\u013enej&#8220; pr\u00e1ce s klientmi v priebehu \u010dasu. <\/p>\n\n<p>R\u00e1mce ekologickej pohody roz\u0161iruj\u00fa tento poh\u013ead t\u00fdm, \u017ee zd\u00f4raz\u0148uj\u00fa, \u017ee \u013eudsk\u00e1 pohoda je hlboko zakotven\u00e1 v na\u0161ich vz\u0165ahoch s pr\u00edrodn\u00fdm a soci\u00e1lnym prostred\u00edm a je nimi formovan\u00e1 &#8211; vr\u00e1tane pr\u00edstupu k zdrav\u00fdm ekosyst\u00e9mom, zmyslupln\u00fdch spojen\u00ed s pr\u00edrodou a dlhodobej udr\u017eate\u013enosti syst\u00e9mov, ktor\u00e9 podporuj\u00fa \u017eivot. Tieto pr\u00edstupy zd\u00f4raz\u0148uj\u00fa, \u017ee blahobyt nemo\u017eno plne pochopi\u0165 bez toho, aby sme si uvedomili, ako podmienky prostredia ovplyv\u0148uj\u00fa fyzick\u00e9 zdravie, psychologick\u00e9 stavy, soci\u00e1lnu s\u00fadr\u017enos\u0165 a pr\u00edle\u017eitosti na zmyslupln\u00e9 zapojenie. <\/p>\n\n<p><a><\/a>  V kontexte kari\u00e9rov\u00e9ho poradenstva pom\u00e1ha reflexia pohody jednotlivcom znovu sa spoji\u0165 so svojou identitou a hodnotami, rozpozna\u0165, \u010do skuto\u010dne podporuje ich pohodu, a robi\u0165 rozhodnutia, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa osobne uspokojuj\u00face a soci\u00e1lne a ekologicky udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e9. Vyzvite ich, aby si v\u0161imli, ako sa c\u00edtia, a urobili mal\u00e9 \u00fapravy na zv\u00fd\u0161enie komfortu (napr. pohodlnej\u0161ie sedenie, zatvorenie okna, pitie). Zd\u00f4raznite, \u017ee pohoda nie je len t\u00e9ma na diskusiu, ale nie\u010do, \u010do treba praktizova\u0165.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00davod do konceptu pohody:<\/strong><br\/>Stru\u010dne predstavte t\u00e9mu a definujte pohodu spolu s \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkmi prostredn\u00edctvom diskusie na konkr\u00e9tnych pr\u00edkladoch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Predstavenie modelu pohody:<\/strong><br\/>Predstavte jeden koncep\u010dn\u00fd r\u00e1mec, ktor\u00fd definuje hlavn\u00e9 dimenzie pohody (napr. emocion\u00e1lnu, fyzick\u00fa, soci\u00e1lnu, finan\u010dn\u00fa, environment\u00e1lnu, intelektu\u00e1lnu, profesion\u00e1lnu, duchovn\u00fa).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mapovanie osobnej pohody:<\/strong><br\/>Vyzvite \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov, aby sa zamysleli a ohodnotili svoj s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fd stav v jednotliv\u00fdch dimenzi\u00e1ch pohody.
