Jej cie\u013eom je vytvori\u0165 priestor na pozorovanie a reflexiu bez o\u010dak\u00e1vania, \u017ee uvedomenie mus\u00ed okam\u017eite vies\u0165 k zmene, rozhodnutiam alebo rie\u0161eniam. <\/p>\n\n<p>\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci m\u00f4\u017eu objavi\u0165 nap\u00e4tie alebo nerovnov\u00e1hu &#8211; napr\u00edklad, \u017ee ve\u013ek\u00fa \u010das\u0165 svojho \u010dasu a energie venuj\u00fa in\u00fdm alebo povinnostiam, ktor\u00e9 nem\u00f4\u017eu \u013eahko opusti\u0165. Aktivita nepredpisuje, \u010di to treba prija\u0165, preformulova\u0165 alebo zmeni\u0165; namiesto toho nab\u00e1da k zamysleniu sa nad t\u00fdm, \u010do je v s\u00fa\u010dasnej \u017eivotnej situ\u00e1cii mo\u017en\u00e9, zmyslupln\u00e9 a podporuj\u00face, vr\u00e1tane obmedzen\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 nemo\u017eno v kr\u00e1tkom \u010dase zmeni\u0165. <\/p>\n\n<p>Tento n\u00e1stroj sa pou\u017e\u00edva s mlad\u00fdmi \u013eu\u010fmi a dospel\u00fdmi (najm\u00e4 v posledn\u00fdch rokoch \u0161kolskej doch\u00e1dzky) a pom\u00e1ha \u0161tudentom venova\u0165 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu pozornos\u0165 ich ka\u017edodenn\u00fdm n\u00e1vykom, zdrojom energie a tlakom. Rozpoznan\u00edm nedostatkov aj existuj\u00facich siln\u00fdch str\u00e1nok vo svojich zvykoch m\u00f4\u017eu \u0161tudenti posilni\u0165 anga\u017eovanos\u0165 a motiv\u00e1ciu. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cie\u013eov\u00e1 skupina:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Kari\u00e9rni poradcovia a klienti. Vych\u00e1dza z princ\u00edpov z\u00e1\u017eitkov\u00e9ho a reflex\u00edvneho u\u010denia a \u010derp\u00e1 in\u0161pir\u00e1ciu z pozit\u00edvnej psychol\u00f3gie (napr. Seligmanov model PERMA) a ekologick\u00fdch r\u00e1mcov pohody. Zd\u00f4raz\u0148uje, \u017ee sebareflexia je \u010dasto rovnako d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1 ako prid\u00e1vanie nov\u00fdch aktiv\u00edt &#8211; samotn\u00e9 uvedomenie m\u00f4\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 pohodu. <strong>Pohoda<\/strong> je dynamick\u00fd stav rovnov\u00e1hy, v ktorom sa \u010dlovek c\u00edti dostato\u010dne vybaven\u00fd &#8211; fyzicky, emocion\u00e1lne, soci\u00e1lne a du\u0161evne &#8211; na to, aby mohol \u017ei\u0165 svoj ka\u017edodenn\u00fd \u017eivot sp\u00f4sobom, ktor\u00fd sa mu zd\u00e1 zmyslupln\u00fd a zvl\u00e1dnute\u013en\u00fd vzh\u013eadom na jeho aktu\u00e1lnu situ\u00e1ciu a obmedzenia. V kari\u00e9rovom poradenstve je pohoda formovan\u00e1 aj spolo\u010densk\u00fdmi normami, o\u010dak\u00e1vaniami a dominantn\u00fdmi narat\u00edvmi o \u00faspechu, produktivite, konkurencii, v\u00fdkone a &#8222;dobrej&#8220; kari\u00e9re. Rozv\u00edjanie povedomia o t\u00fdchto vplyvoch pom\u00e1ha \u013eu\u010fom rozli\u0161ova\u0165 medzi t\u00fdm, \u010do skuto\u010dne podporuje ich pohodu, a t\u00fdm, \u010do je poh\u00e1\u0148an\u00e9 vonkaj\u0161\u00edmi tlakmi, \u010do umo\u017e\u0148uje vedomej\u0161ie, realistickej\u0161ie a udr\u017eate\u013enej\u0161ie kari\u00e9rne rozhodnutia.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Model PERMA, ktor\u00fd v r\u00e1mci pozit\u00edvnej psychol\u00f3gie vyvinul Martin Seligman, navrhuje p\u00e4\u0165 z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch prvkov &#8211; <strong>pozit\u00edvne em\u00f3cie, anga\u017eovanos\u0165, vz\u0165ahy, zmysel a \u00faspech<\/strong> &#8211; ktor\u00e9 spolo\u010dne pom\u00e1haj\u00fa vysvetli\u0165, ako \u013eudia za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa trval\u00fa pohodu v r\u00f4znych oblastiach \u017eivota. Ka\u017ed\u00fd rozmer prispieva k pohode nielen ako izolovan\u00fd faktor, ale aj prostredn\u00edctvom ich dynamick\u00e9ho vz\u00e1jomn\u00e9ho p\u00f4sobenia, ktor\u00e9 podporuje odolnos\u0165 a \u017eivotn\u00fa spokojnos\u0165. <\/p>\n\n<p>R\u00e1mce ekologickej pohody roz\u0161iruj\u00fa tento poh\u013ead t\u00fdm, \u017ee zd\u00f4raz\u0148uj\u00fa, \u017ee \u013eudsk\u00e1 pohoda je hlboko zakotven\u00e1 v na\u0161ich vz\u0165ahoch s pr\u00edrodn\u00fdm a soci\u00e1lnym prostred\u00edm a je nimi formovan\u00e1 &#8211; vr\u00e1tane pr\u00edstupu k zdrav\u00fdm ekosyst\u00e9mom, zmyslupln\u00fdch spojen\u00ed s pr\u00edrodou a dlhodobej udr\u017eate\u013enosti syst\u00e9mov, ktor\u00e9 podporuj\u00fa \u017eivot. Tieto pr\u00edstupy zd\u00f4raz\u0148uj\u00fa, \u017ee blahobyt nemo\u017eno plne pochopi\u0165 bez toho, aby sme si uvedomili, ako podmienky prostredia ovplyv\u0148uj\u00fa fyzick\u00e9 zdravie, psychologick\u00e9 stavy, soci\u00e1lnu s\u00fadr\u017enos\u0165 a pr\u00edle\u017eitosti na zmyslupln\u00e9 zapojenie. <\/p>\n\n<p>Model PERMA:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>P &#8211; Pozit\u00edvne em\u00f3cie<\/strong>: Pre\u017e\u00edvanie pr\u00edjemn\u00fdch em\u00f3ci\u00ed, ako je rados\u0165, v\u010fa\u010dnos\u0165, \u00fa\u013eava, n\u00e1dej alebo pokoj. Tieto em\u00f3cie roz\u0161iruj\u00fa perspekt\u00edvu, podporuj\u00fa motiv\u00e1ciu a tlmia stres. <\/p>\n\n<p>Pr\u00edklady: Klient poci\u0165uje \u00fa\u013eavu a hrdos\u0165 po tom, \u010do si po\u010das poradenstva vyjasn\u00ed svoje mo\u017enosti. Poradca si v\u0161imne spokojnos\u0165 po zmysluplnom rozhovore, namiesto toho, aby sa s\u00fastredil len na v\u00fdsledky. V\u0161imnutie si momentov v pr\u00e1ci, ke\u010f \u010das r\u00fdchlo plynie, preto\u017ee \u00faloha je zmyslupln\u00e1 a zladen\u00e1.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>R &#8211; Vz\u0165ahy:<\/strong> Vz\u0165ahy &#8211; k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fd ochrann\u00fd faktor pre pohodu: podpora, d\u00f4vera a zmyslupln\u00e9 vz\u0165ahy s ostatn\u00fdmi.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pr\u00edklady: Klient c\u00edti podporu zo strany poradcu, ktor\u00fd ho po\u010d\u00fava bez posudzovania.
