Overte si, \u010di \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci rozumej\u00fa modelu a \u010di ho pova\u017euj\u00fa za relevantn\u00fd pre svoje sk\u00fasenosti. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sk\u00famanie sp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a\u010dov:<\/strong><br\/>Vysvetlite, \u017ee r\u00f4zne situ\u00e1cie, komunik\u00e1cia a o\u010dak\u00e1vania n\u00e1m m\u00f4\u017eu pom\u00f4c\u0165 zosta\u0165 v r\u00e1mci na\u0161ej tolerancie (alebo ju roz\u0161\u00edri\u0165), alebo n\u00e1s posun\u00fa\u0165 mimo nej. Uvedomenie si t\u00fdchto sp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a\u010dov je prv\u00fdm krokom k ich zvl\u00e1dnutiu. Pr\u00edklady:  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vo svojom vn\u00fatri: Pochybnosti o sebe samom: &#8222;Pom\u00e1ham naozaj tomuto klientovi?&#8220; Pocit zodpovednosti za klientovu situ\u00e1ciu alebo nedostato\u010dn\u00fd pokrok. Perfekcionizmus: t\u00fa\u017eba urobi\u0165 &#8222;dokonal\u00fa&#8220; intervenciu. \u0164a\u017ekosti s vypnut\u00edm po emocion\u00e1lne n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch sedeniach   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pri pr\u00e1ci s klientmi: Klienti, ktor\u00ed s\u00fa demotivovan\u00ed, ml\u010dia alebo sa br\u00e1nia. Klienti, ktor\u00ed o\u010dak\u00e1vaj\u00fa r\u00fdchle rie\u0161enia alebo &#8222;odpovede&#8220;. Siln\u00e9 em\u00f3cie klientov (hnev, z\u00fafalstvo, frustr\u00e1cia). Po\u010d\u00favanie \u0165a\u017ek\u00fdch \u017eivotn\u00fdch pr\u00edbehov, ktor\u00e9 rezonuj\u00fa s mojimi vlastn\u00fdmi sk\u00fasenos\u0165ami.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S kolegami \/ v t\u00edmovej pr\u00e1ci: Nedostatok sp\u00e4tnej v\u00e4zby alebo uznania. Pocit izol\u00e1cie alebo nepodpory v mojej \u00falohe <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vo vz\u0165ahu k mojej organiz\u00e1cii: Vysok\u00e9 administrat\u00edvne za\u0165a\u017eenie a papierovanie. \u010casov\u00fd tlak a nap\u00e4t\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny. Nedostatok samostatnosti pri pr\u00e1ci s klientmi.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V mojom sektore\/syst\u00e9me: nestabilita financovania alebo kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 projekty. Politick\u00e9 zmeny, ktor\u00e9 ovplyv\u0148uj\u00fa klientov, ale s\u00fa mimo mojej kontroly. Ukazovatele v\u00fdkonnosti, ktor\u00e9 neodr\u00e1\u017eaj\u00fa skuto\u010dn\u00fa poradensk\u00fa pr\u00e1cu.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Zamerajte sa na pracovn\u00fd kontext:<\/strong><br>Vyzvite \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov, aby sa zamysleli nad situ\u00e1ciami, ktor\u00e9 ohrozuj\u00fa ich pohodu v profesion\u00e1lnom \u017eivote. Zv\u00e1\u017ete r\u00f4zne \u00farovne: \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 z\u00e1\u017eitky (my\u0161lienky, em\u00f3cie, fyzick\u00e9 stavy)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e1ca s klientmi alebo \u0161tudentmi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spolupr\u00e1ca s kolegami<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organiza\u010dn\u00e9 prostredie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Profesijn\u00e1 komunita alebo sektor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0160ir\u0161\u00ed soci\u00e1lny alebo syst\u00e9mov\u00fd kontext<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Individu\u00e1lna pr\u00e1ca:<\/strong><br\/>Rozdajte pracovn\u00fd list <em>Okno tolerancie &#8211; Hranice<\/em>. Identifikuj\u00fa podobnosti a rozdiely.<br\/>Pr\u00edklady zhroma\u017edia na flipcharte v r\u00e1mci kateg\u00f3ri\u00ed sp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a\u010dov (individu\u00e1lne, vz\u0165ahov\u00e9, organiza\u010dn\u00e9 at\u010f.). <strong> <\/strong><strong>Ak sa \u010dinnos\u0165 vykon\u00e1va virtu\u00e1lne, v\u00fdbornou alternat\u00edvou m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 online n\u00e1stroje na tvorbu grafov (Lucid, Miro, Jamboard).<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Verzia individu\u00e1lneho poradenstva:<\/strong><br\/>Po\u010das individu\u00e1lneho sedenia poradca a klient spolo\u010dne prech\u00e1dzaj\u00fa pracovn\u00fd list, sk\u00famaj\u00fa vzorce, opakuj\u00face sa t\u00e9my alebo prekvapiv\u00e9 odpovede.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hodnotenie kontroly:<\/strong><br\/>Vyzvite \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov, aby ohodnotili ka\u017ed\u00fd uveden\u00fd sp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a\u010d na stupnici od <strong>1 do 10<\/strong> pod\u013ea miery kontroly, ktor\u00fa maj\u00fa nad situ\u00e1ciou.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>1<\/strong> = bez kontroly alebo vplyvu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>10<\/strong> = plne pod osobnou kontrolou<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Zd\u00f4raznite, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd vn\u00edma kontrolu inak. Vyzvite \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov, aby si v\u0161\u00edmali, \u010do <em>m\u00f4\u017eu<\/em> ovplyvni\u0165 a \u010do je mimo ich kontroly. (\u2248 5 min\u00fat). Spolo\u010dne prejdite hodnotenia klienta, presk\u00famajte vzorce a prediskutujte, ktor\u00e9 situ\u00e1cie by sa dali zvl\u00e1dnu\u0165 inak alebo prija\u0165 s v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edm s\u00facitom k sebe sam\u00e9mu.   <\/p>\n\n<ol start=\"8\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ak\u010dn\u00e9 pl\u00e1novanie &#8211; ochrana a roz\u0161\u00edrenie m\u00f4jho okna tolerancie<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><strong>Vyzvite \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov alebo klientov, aby si vybrali jeden alebo dva k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 sp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a\u010de, ktor\u00e9 najviac ovplyv\u0148uj\u00fa ich pohodu.
