Vych\u00e1dza z v\u00fdskumu a praxe, ktor\u00e9 sp\u00e1jaj\u00fa <strong>spokojnos\u0165 s kari\u00e9rou, pozit\u00edvne em\u00f3cie, hodnoty a siln\u00e9 str\u00e1nky<\/strong> s celkovou pohodou (pozri napr. model psychologickej pohody Ryffa; Seligmanov PERMA; pr\u00edstup Green Guidance).
