The CEE Guidance Forum has published its repository of good practices

Career guidance practitioners across Central and Eastern Europe now published a shared, searchable collection of practices from four countries in one place. The repository – available at the website – brings together more than 25 entries spanning practitioner tools, association activities, and systemic overviews of how career guidance works across different sectors.

The collection covers three types of content. Fourteen entries document concrete guidance tools – things counsellors can use directly in their work, from structured activities connecting personal values to global challenges, to decision-making frameworks that build sustainability considerations into career choices. Seven entries describe what associations in the four countries have built: for example, how Romania’s annual conference brings together practitioners and policymakers, how Slovakia’s Careers Week coordinates decentralised national events, how the Czech C-Course offers free multilingual e-learning to any practitioner regardless of membership. Six entries are systemic overviews – webinars and comparative analyses covering career education in schools, guidance in higher education, green transitions, and the role of associations in national systems.

The whole repository is searchable and filterable by country and type, and is available in Czech, English, Hungarian, Romanian, and Slovak.

The repository is part of the CEEGAF project, funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ programme.
